These terms govern your use of the Ohio Valley Crawl Space website. Please read them before you request a quote or rely on anything you read here.

Read this first. Ohio Valley Crawl Space is an independent referral and matching service only. It is not a crawl space contractor. It does not inspect, encapsulate, or repair crawl spaces. All work is performed by independent contractors who are separately licensed and insured, and who are solely responsible for their own work, pricing, warranties, licensing, certification, and results.
Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or submitting the quote form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for them.
What this service is
Ohio Valley Crawl Space connects homeowners in Greater Cincinnati, the Dayton metro, and Northern Kentucky with independent, licensed crawl space contractors. When you submit the quote form, we pass your request to one or more contractor partners who serve your area. The contractor, not us, handles the inspection, the quote, and any work you agree to.
No contractor guarantee
We make introductions in good faith, but we do not employ, supervise, or control the contractors, and we do not guarantee their availability, pricing, workmanship, timeliness, or results. Before hiring anyone, verify their license and insurance, get your own written quotes, and read your own contract. Your agreement for any work is strictly between you and the contractor.
No professional advice
The content on this site, including cost ranges, articles, and answers, is general information only. It is not engineering, structural, legal, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a qualified contractor. Do not act on it as though it applies to your specific crawl space without a professional assessment.
Your responsibilities
